- Unlimited staff and parent accounts
- Your school's own portal address, name and crest
- Remote setup: we import your students and classes, set up your terms and fees, create every login and train your team
- The paperwork help (photographed registers, mark books and notes turned into records; drafted report-card comments), with a monthly allowance sized for a whole school's term. If it is ever reached, everything else carries on as normal
- Nightly encrypted backups and export of your core records to Excel at any time

- SMS: sent through your school's own Termii account, at Termii's rates
- Online payment fees: charged by Paystack on each transaction, through your school's own Paystack account
- Exceptional data cleanup, where records arrive in a state that needs manual reconstruction

Getting started
Usually live within one working day.
- 1.Message us on WhatsApp with your school's name and roughly how many students you have.
- 2.Send whatever you already have: an Excel sheet, or photographs of the register and your fee list per class.
- 3.We import students and classes, set up terms and fees, and create logins for staff and parents.
- 4.We train your team on a call, usually the same day.
- 5.Your school is live under its own name. The 30-day evaluation starts, and you pay only if you continue.
