Terms of Service

SchoolNest provides a cloud-based school management platform for private schools. By subscribing to or using the platform, the school agrees to these terms.

The platform includes student management, attendance, fee tracking, report cards, messaging, and a parent portal with school-branded access.

• Plans may be billed monthly, termly, or yearly depending on agreement.
• New schools may join through an early-access or trial arrangement.
• If a subscription expires, access may be restricted until renewal.
• School data is not immediately deleted on expiry.

School data belongs to the school. SchoolNest does not sell or monetize school records.

Reasonable security measures, access controls, and backups are applied to protect the platform and school data.

• The school is responsible for the accuracy of submitted records.
• Login credentials must be protected by authorized users.
• The school is responsible for any required consent around student data.

SchoolNest aims to maintain reliable uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The platform is provided as-is, and liability is limited to the extent allowed by law and the school's subscription arrangement.
